Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Basari Swim pieces! If you’re not 100% happy, you can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to return:
- Email us at info@basariswim.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Basari Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided in the email Basari will provide when you lodge your return. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
At Basari Swim, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.
- Refunds are only issued for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- If your item is eligible for a return, we offer store credit or a gift card to use on your next purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to address requested on the form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
