Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Basari Swim pieces! If you’re not 100% happy, you can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return:

1. Email us at info@basariswim.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Basari Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
3. We’ll send you return instructions.
4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided in the email Basari will provide when you lodge your return. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable) 

At Basari Swim, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.
• Refunds are only issued for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 If your item is eligible for a return and refund, we offer store credit or a gift card to use on your next purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Please allow up to 1-2 days for processing orders and to receive the tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.

- We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

- All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense.

- Basari Swim is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
